The Justice / Doom War has taken up the better part of the year, and this issue of Justice League sets up the final confrontation between the good guys and the villains.
It's become an "Event Book" that is largely contained in this series, and somehow manages to include virtually every hero and villain in the DC Universe, gathering for their own version of Ragnarok.
(And surely artist Jorge Jimenez must have shuddered a bit when he found out he had two double-page spreads featuring mobs of those characters.)
It's a big whopping crazy issue, and if you haven't been following it so far, you'll probably want to wait for the trade collections - but it's a wild and wooly smash-up, and sets up the final confrontation nicely.
